As someone who watched and participated in the Microsoft ecosystem from its very beginnings I am curious to see how this is going to play out. While the Microsoft system is still going strong it has long since lost the sense of community that drove it to be what it is. If Google can somehow get that same level of excitement going around their program then I suspect that it has a chance of succeeding. If they are simply putting it in play to try and cut deeper into the Office marketplace I don’t see the point.
