It’s not “The Moth,” but it may be the next best thing.
Savannah native George Dawes Green, founder of the Peabody Award-winning NPR series, is bringing spinoff “The Unchained Tour” to Savannah on Feb. 10   On “The Unchained Tour”: “We’re taking the old Blue Bird school bus and driving around the state — this time we’re also visiting Jacksonville … and we’re gonna be back in Savannah on Feb. 10. The idea is to bring raconteuring — that is, personal, true, unscripted storytelling, the kind you tell in a kitchen or on a porch — to all kinds of places small and large, from a Zebulon, Ga., bookstore that seats 60 people to hundreds in Athens and Atlanta.”
